Terms and Conditions

1. Minimum Order
Our minimum order is 1x20 ft container for consumers from abroad, there is no minimum order quantity, you can order one piece for each item. Or for Indonesian consumers could order a minimum of one set.

2. Packing System
We use foam sheets, polystyrene and corrugated paper / paper single-face. We also use cardboard on the needs of customers with a separate price for the card box. Dependant on the needs, fragile pieces will be packed with high attention either with foam sheets, corrugated paper, card boxes or wooden crates.

3. Prices and Discounts
Price includes packing plant in USD currency. All prices are Free On Board (FOB) Jepara, Indonesia. Price quoted is based on: quality, style, size, decoration and finishing. All prices presented are subject to change without prior notice. We offer discounts for multiple purchases. Please contact us for further information.


4. Payments
50% deposit required at time of booking as the approval and processing the remaining 30% for the finishing process, the final payment for the remaining 20% Packing get persestujuan of consumer goods. Upon payment in full of all goods can be shipped

5. Production time
Production process from raw materials into finished goods around 6-8 weeks to complete orders after the deposit is received.

6. Cost and Delivery Time
For shipping costs we impose on consumers. Consumers can appoint its own cargo partners or reference from our side. Our normal delivery time is 6-8 weeks. Customers can nominate freight forwarders and shipping lines, or we can find one that fits best for our customers.

7. Assurance and Quality
Although we controlled very carefully, sometimes some construction problems may occur, in which case we provide a limited warranty, special discounts when the damage is repaired or replacement in the next delivery.

8. Certification of Raw Materials
All of the wood we use for our production is certified by Perhutani (Indonesian Forestry Commission). We are sensitive to the nature and the depletion of our rainforest
